Celebrate the Christmas season with a scenic ride aboard the Gatlinburg Aerial Tramway! Departing from downtown Gatlinburg, enjoy a 2.1-mile ride to Ober Gatlinburg's Adventure Park & Ski Area, featuring beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains.

Midday Arrival: You must arrive at the tram within 30 minutes of the arrival time selected during purchase. For example, if you select 11:00 am, you may arrive anytime between 11:00 am and 11:30 am. This is your required tram arrival window, not a scheduled departure time. Tram departures are first come, first served. Once you arrive on the mountain, enjoy exploring our Winter Wonderland!

Please Note: Christmas holiday periods are especially busy in Gatlinburg. Expect increased traffic and longer wait times. Please plan accordingly and allow plenty of extra time to reach downtown Gatlinburg and the tram station. Guests who arrive outside their selected arrival timeframe will need to be worked in based on availability and guest volume. Wait times are unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed. To avoid additional delays, please plan ahead and arrive on time.

Ticket Information

• After purchase, you will receive a barcode by email. Present your barcode at the tram entrance for scanning.
• Tram tickets purchased online do not need to be physically printed. Bring your barcode directly to the tram.
• All other tickets must be printed at a pickup box or ticketing office.

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled.
• Expect longer wait times during peak periods, especially Christmas holidays and weekends.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
