Celebrate the Christmas season with a visit to Ober Gatlinburg's Winter Wonderland! Your Ober Fun Pass includes round trip ride on the Gatlinburg Tram and unlimited access to the mountain activities listed below for the day purchased.

Midday Arrival: You must arrive at the tram within 30 minutes of the arrival time selected during purchase. For example, if you select 11:00 am, you may arrive anytime between 11:00 am and 11:30 am. This is your required tram arrival window, not a scheduled departure time. Tram departures are first come, first served.

Please Note: Christmas holiday periods are especially busy in Gatlinburg. Expect increased traffic and longer wait times. Please plan accordingly and allow plenty of extra time to reach downtown Gatlinburg and the tram station. Guests who arrive outside their selected arrival timeframe will need to be worked in based on availability and guest volume. Wait times are unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed. To avoid additional delays, please plan ahead and arrive on time.

• The Ober Fun Pass does NOT include Snow Tubing, the TN Flyer Mountain Coaster, Smoky Mountain Bobsled, Snow Sports, Ziplining, or Mountain Biking.
• Age and ride restrictions apply. Please review ride restrictions here.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children 4 and under are free with a paying adult. Ride restrictions apply. No physical ticket is needed.
• On-site or day-of purchases may be subject to higher pricing.
• Outdoor activities are weather-dependent.
• The price of the Ober Fun Pass remains the same regardless of activity availability.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be rescheduled. No refunds due to weather.
• Signed waivers are required for all participants. To avoid delays at check-in, we strongly recommend completing all waivers prior to arrival. Tickets cannot be printed or scanned until all required waivers are completed. The purchasing adult may sign for themselves and minors during checkout; all other adults must sign using the waiver link sent by email after purchase.
